I have no interest in BMPs becoming a place for minstrelsy and buffoonery where the lived realities of black men (and all black folks) is largely ignored while we entertain the masses. Black Male Problems needs to be a space for angry and militant responses to the long, historical and current racist oppressions—-so thank you for acknowledging that. We need words, whether satirical or not, that will inspire action. Peace.
